MBNA card/Arrow global

Good eveing everyone, this is my first post, and I was looking for some advice. I am due in court on 22 May in response to a claim from arrow gloal for debt with MBNA for around £3500. I have put in a defence but since getting my court date through have done nothing due to ill health. I am still unwell and could really do without the stress of going to court. (or taking time off from work to do so). With this in mind, I am thinking of offering a full and final offer, and was looking for some advice (letter wording, amount to offer etc) - or is it too late now?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciaited

Without knowing anything about this account or the arguments used in your defence, it's hard to tell. I would suggest sending a PM to Cel :yo: the site admin or PT2537 :yo: They both work for an excellent firm of consumer lawyers :first: as well as contributing to the forum.
