Please excuse me from swearing but just reread court papers to have SD set aside and i have used the word NOTICE instead of DEED,i have in the past said DEED,but not on application to have SD set aside, this was my best defence, however since this date have sent separate letter asking for deed, is it too late to use this in court or have they got me, can i only fight in court on basis of what i put in my defence?
    Please help asap
Oh and thank you all for your help todate, forgive me for not saying in previous posts, mind is all over the place

Dont fret too much about errors in wording on your 6.5 witness statement. This just 'sets out' the dispute and enables the Judge to decide if its worthy of a Hearing. (almost always yes)

When you attend court, you will address the Judge in person and can explain any anomalies. Your oral evidence backed up by evidence such as agreements/default notices/assignment docs will decide the case, not the 6.5 itself.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
