I thought you'd enjoy that ODC xxx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Dear Sir,

Thank you for having served on me no fewer than three Statutory Demands for the same alleged debt that you know cannot be enforced and which Statutory Demands have consequently been quite easy to have set aside.

My lawyers have really enjoyed playing with you and will doubtless enjoy even more receiving your payment for their services.

However, I would like to state how excellent I found your stationery to be. Cut in half, it was more than adequately large. Admittedly, it was not very absorbent, but it was both strong enough to resist tearing and sufficiently flexible not to cause chafing. Best of all, the ink did not come off in use. I may never be entirely happy with Andrex ever again!

Please send me some more letters or Statutory Demands, as soon as possible.

Yours Faithfully,

Clever Clogs

They are able to take court action, however they still need to produce the CCA. Also because the SD's were set aside/withdrawn the clock continued ticking so if you hadn't had contact witht hem for 3 years before the SD's you may well be in a position to argue the debts are statute barred now. Any chance you can post a redacted copy of the letter?

I'll have a read back and see if Celestine can have a look too

So had you had any contact in betweeny times ? 2009 to getting the Stat Demand?

i didnt sign any credit agreement, yes im pretty sure the account was opened before 2005
Another CCA request might be in order... but if it could be stat barred that might see them off quicker. I can't see on the thread who the original debt was, other than a catalogue - littlewoods?

I remember reading your thread where they issued three SDs for the same debt didn't they?

They appear to have been set aside when they admitted that they couldn't produce the credit agreement. So unless they've suddenly found it there's not a lot they can do.

If they are still in a period of non compliance with your s. 77-79 CCA Request then nothing is gained by sending another, especially if that encourages them to try harder to reconstitute one.

I'd wait to see what Celestine says.

It may be they need to be reminded of the past. Have you kept your file on this matter?
