  • repayments of budgeting loans

    hi can anyone advise me in this matter ,if you owe loans from a few years ago,can repayments be taken from a bacic state pension which is classed as an allowance,or from pension credit which is classed as a benefit,

      hi again in april 2013 budgeting loan will pass to local goverment how will this affect repayments will the local goverment take them or will it still be dwp,

        I'm sorry, I have not got a clue about when it changes, but I'd be surprised if they let off the loan.

          I would think they will take it from the next payment made to you.
