    hi all

    this is for my friend who was convicted for not having a tv licence

    she had 2 payments left on her licence she failed too pay the last 2 payments and was fined £150

    she filled in a means form and sent it back too the court

    the next thing she knew was a bailiff claimed he had been too her house on the 2nd of jan 2013 which he did not

    no notice had been posted through her door nothing then a few weeks later a bailiff came too here door and posted a notice through her door

    what can she do ? can she request too go back too court ?

    the bailiff is trying too charge for visits he has not even made what can we do any help most appreciated

    Something has clearly gone wrong with the procedure. By the sound of it she received no Further steps Notice in which case she ought to write to the court as stated in the link.
