    hi not sure if this is the right forum but it not maybe admin could move it,i get my pension 6th march 2013 i recieved my pension award today and it states my money will be paid every 2 weeks in arrears i am on jsa at the moment which finishes on 6th march can i keep signing until the 21st as otherwise i will have no money for 2 weeks,any advise?

        It's not very likely you'd be allowed to sign on after your pension starts because the criteria for JSA is to be available for and actively seeking work, clearly you won't meet that criteria once your pension award starts, however, you could qualify for a loan from the social fund if you have no money to live on for two weeks.

          i would think the answer maybe a crisis loan after all the DWP would know that there is a 2 week gap in your payments
