    Re: suspended

BB - the Breach of Trust and Confidence came into the Contract of Employment definition as well. Unfortunately I had to abbreviate it as it would have been an essay of a post otherwise.

It seems this employer has messed up in so many ways, it is going to be hard for thm not to end up with some sort of compensation suit on their hands.

If indeed they have listened to their daughter, and taken action over something which is totally unrelated to the OP's employment, they have made an absolutely massive mistake.

To put things in to a more clearer perspective, they have messed up on the scale off a nuclear explosion in terms of the consquences and financial impact this may result in on their company.

Once they realise they're vicariously liable for Rent-A-Bully as well as their own stupidity, I expect they will clear every chemist's shop in the local area of their stocks of Imodium.

Just reading your thread with interest. You poor thing, I would have done exactly the same thing regarding saving a suffering dog.

Can you imagine how appalling the company would look in the press with this disgusting conduct??

Anyway, looks like you're getting great advice and support. Just want to wish you luck through this battle. xx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
