    Another 3-4 weeks for the result

    In the meantime, what's the procedure for appealing the decision, that is assuming I am not happy with the outcome?

    Probably the most important thing to know is that you will have 42 days from the ET judgment to appeal to the EAT.
    It is a very strict deadline!
    You will need to submit all the necessary paperwork, & they will only consider the original evidence (except in very limited circumstances. See the Ladd v Marshall test -.
    1. The new evidence could not have been obtained with reasonable diligence for use at the original hearing,
    2. The new evidence would probably have an important influence on the result of the case, and
    3. The new evidence must be apparently credible, though it need not be incontrovertible.

    You can also ask for the Employment Tribunal to review the case.
