  • REMO requires fathers address

    Hi

Having been through the CSA while my ex was in the UK - (CSA failing on every opportunity). I have finally located him in Hong Kong, however, CSA can not help as it is outside UK and he is working for non UK company.

I now need to take court action in the UK to use REMO, however, I do not have an address and HongKong Consule etc can not provide due to Data Protection, I have contact my local MP, Nick Clegg and Scottish Government, but no one is able/willing to breakthrough data protection issue.

Does anyone know of any way around this or any party that would be willing to help, I do not need to see the address myself, as it could be passed directly to the court.

    Any help much appreciated
