Need advice re set aside judgement

Hello all,

I need some advice as this is now the matter of court proceedings, they have an interim order and I have applied to have the judgement set aside. Do I send the claimaint or their solicitors a sar for info or should they just give me the info I am seeking.

You haven't given us a lot to go on here Who have the interim order and on what basis have you applied to set aside the judgment ?
