AMERTHYST, Thanks. How do I do that? I have entered online an acknolwedgement of service, whereby I indictated I wanted to enter a Defence, which bought me some time from 14 days to 28

The letter from the solicitors arrived sat am - I am 100% happy with the wording. I would have paid then, but they were shut. So at 0900 tomorrow I will pay - what then re the court?

      Cheers

The claimant should withdraw the claim, if the payment has gone through now then check with the sols that they are withdrawing - on the form you got from the court that you return there's a section to complete if you have paid so I'd complete that that its paid in full and send it in. Then at least you are covered if the sols don't do what they say they will.
