I have recieved a letter from Howard Cohen threatenning to take me to court for as debt £348 Santander store card. I am in a IVA and have offered £10 permonth to the dca Lewis prior to this letter being sent. There was only 4 days between me speaking to aLewis's offering £10. Should I ask for the CCA? Also surely the fact I have offered a monthly payment will go in my favour in court.
