  • Loan Agreement

2006 we a accepted a loan from First Plus, we took out PPI, while in work we could service the debt, having been laid off work and unable to find employment we made a claim for PPI, First Plus responded by saying that my wife was the first named on the loan agreement, although the copy we have has myself as the first named, does this suggest their are two loan agreements and therefore unenfircible

    Re: Loan Agreement

interesting, I would send them a full SAR and CCA request for the agreement and insurance documents. When they told you about the decline to pay out under the policy due to your wife being first named, did you bring up with them that on your copy that wasn't correct ?
