If in a contract case where the contact was formed in England & the trial, if any, will be in the English courts but the other side is a German company & wishes to supply evidence only in German, can this be opposed & they be ordered to submit documents in English? Can you tell me what court case decided this? Thanks.

Depends what it says on the contract. Whether it be under laws applicable in England and Wales, or Germany.

    I would guess.

There are different kinds of writing documents that are available in the market which many people want to translate into different language formats. I have checked some of the best writing service options which provide the https://tablo.io/thewordpoint/5-comm...e-localization site options where some software helps the people to write the best content with some writing translation service options in some easy steps.

Well if it has taken you 10 years to get to this point just shows how rubbish it is. Best bet go away and don't come back.
