  • Urgent help please

Hi not sure where to go, today i have to sort out a H P claim against my hubby,
he had a loan for a caravan five years ago with black horse, over half has been paid, he is self employed, and work has declined over the last two years, making things a tight, yesterday i found out that it had already gone to court. i need to re-open the case, before any movement of goods occur, and my hubby is given the chance to represent his case,
He had not received any documents, in the post to reply to
I need to apply to the court, which i found out is a local one, but not sure how.
Do i need to inform black horse, of his intention, before any action is taken by them.

The letter that was faxed by the park owner dated 26/05/2010, read as follows:

We are now in a position to reposess the above goods

kindly remove the customers personal effects from the caravan within the next 10 days and advise the customer accordingly.
    Then it reads

Please advise us within 14 days of receipt of this letter if you wish to make an offer for the caravan.

    any advice please
