  • Skintlass v Clydesdale Bank

CB are using the High Court decision to strike out my claim. Hearing listed for end of May.

Is my best bet to withdraw now and pursue through the FOS, can CB ask me to pay their fees etc?

I had 4 or 5 claims as bank ones were split over six years etc and a mastercard. The judge grouped a few under one claim number so the mastercard is grouped with bank account, should I ask the judge to remove this and let it stand alone etc.

    Thanks

As things stand at the moment it would be advisable to discontinue the cases and yes, pursue the Mastercard claim separately.
