  • CPR 40.2 - Standard Requirements

    Hi,

The court has issued a written judgement which does not contain all the Standard Requirements as set out in the Civil Procedure Rules, specifically CPR 40.2(4). Is the order vaild if it does not contain all of the Standard Requirements?

Also, can I insist that court provide me with a properly drafted judgement?

    Any ideas would be welcome.

    Thanks.

If its a accidental omission or slip then any party to the judgment can apply by letter informally for correction.

What are the ommissions? (basically) ie are they absolutely required in the judgment ?
