Don't know if this is of any use, but, in my local paper today there are 3 notices from the court naming about 30 people who have applied for bailiff certificates.

Bailiff companies are now getting desparate as word has it councils are going to have in house bailiffs instaed of using private ones.If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october.
