Amended POCs/Letters etc .... why don't we have these ?

New POCs and Letters are being worked on in the event they are required - however we are primarily working hard behind the scenes and waiting for the decision of the OFT and their counsel as to the overall investigation.

To be clear, for the moment we are not advising any one enters a new claim in court - these will only be for use for people who are defending action by the banks, either in claims for overdrafts made up of charges, or in defending strike applications.

If you have an urgent issue with your claim, (eg. strike out application) then please make a thread in this part of the forum.
