    hello friends

what do you guys say is the best way now to deal with any bank charges claims that are currently in the queue for county court action?

i have a friend who put in a court claim, and it was queued, but now with this pathetic supreme court judgement, what are they supposed to do now?

the OFT and MOJ is a disgrace, especially when it comes to CCA's.

They are so dumb, that they don't even realise that if someone asks for their own CCA agreement, then that is not a "claim".
If you are asking for proof of something, how the in the testicles of david cameron can that be classed as a "claim"?

If you are claiming bank charges, then yes, thats a claim. But asking to see your CCA is not a "claim" as you are not trying to claim anything at all.

I think the OFT and MOJ need to be fined immediately for this blatant load of rubbish, and their "regulation" of this.

    They are a joke.

Wait for a while, there are people working on this and there will be answers in the next week or so.
