    Hi All

    Who and where do I send a CCA request letter to for an A&L credit card issued by MBNA - is it A&L and which address / dept or MBNA - which address / dept??

    I would check your statement for a customer service department address. Dont forget to send recorded letter.

    I think you will find that it will be MNBA

      Thanks Scooby, there is a MBNA Europe limited address on the A&L statement so I will send the CCA request to this. Does this mean that I have no CCA agreement with A&L who "sold" me the card? If I am sending a SAR next I guess it goes to MBNA also??

        I have remembered that I was offered the A&L card when in an A&L branch and completed the application form there so should I be sending the CCA request to A&L?
