You should read my post, I dont know if my judge had an off day, or was just being how they always are. NoA, as long as you know it has been assigned, and you received notification of it then that's good enough, regardless of who sent it, how they sent it and when they sent it!
Anyone here who has actually been in court and argued for LoPA 1925 and won, then please let me know so I can use that fact. Thanks
