  • action against debt management company

    Hi

I would like to know if anyone could provide me with some information regarding debt management companies.Iam currently with the company Gregory and Pennington who handle all the debt, but ive had nothing but hassle with them. Now one of my creditors have put a charging order against my property, and the management company did nothing to come to an agreement with them, and when i questioned them about about what they did to resolve the issue they said that they didnt do nothing and was out of their hands.I am not happy as to how they have dealt with the situation and would like to know if it is possible to take action against the company as they have made my debt worse rather then solving it.hope someone can help me with my query?

    Thanks
