  • Right To Manage

    Hello

I do not know if anyone is current with Right To Manage?

My development of 18 flats has gone through all the legalties and we are due to take over management on the 25 November and this has been acknowledged by the management company. There is a current positive balance in our accounts of £14000+. But the current management company has passed our second half yearly charges to a debt collection agency and we have 14 days to reply before court proceedings.
Any advice would we very welcome.

You really want to have a look on LandlordZONE Property Forums

They are very good and much more experience in these kinds of issues than we.

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.
