      The letter for a refund of charges should go to the address in Edinburgh. What you might want to do is to send one to birmingham Collection stating you will be paying £10 into the account monthly until the conclusion of the OFT test case and that any further fees and charges will be added to the current amount. Once the OFT test case issues are resolved the repayment of the account will be dealt with and that you consider the account in dispute. Any attempts to send the account to debt collection agents will be considered harassment and any court litigation will be defended vigorously.
