Im not sure if this is harassment but 3 times now in the past fortnight, littlewoods have rang me to try & help me 'make my payments more manageabe' & 'help me save £x amount each month' & when I asked about interest...they wouldn't tell me about it straight away.... said they'd get to that...

What they dont of course mention is that in order to reduce your monthly payment, your 20 week interest free debt turns into a 3 year one with 29.8% interest added to it. rofl!

I had to tell the guy 3 times yesterday why this wasnt beneficial to me (LOL!)...

No it isn't harassment, it is however a way for them to recoup funds quickly and increase their balance sheets by getting you to take a "loan". This will undoubtedly be with another credit provider and will mean Littlewoods will no longer have your debt on their books.

As you have already realised, this wouldn't be a smart move for you.

If you do not want them to contact you via telephone then tell them so, if you have done so already then it is harassment.
