For obvious reasons When this happened i was not into bailiff law. now some 3 years later i have discovered that jbw have done something illegal. They have infact levied against me for my brothers parking tickets on a vehicle he never owned. Now i issued against them for this and this is the defence from their managing director mr jamie waller. mugshot here :

This is the letter recieved from dvla confirming that he has never owned the vehicle.

Not much of a defence is it? and it's accusing you and your brother of trying to defraud him by the looks of it.

Misplaced the letter will post as soon as possible. Letter shows vehicle was never in brothers name.

Update. District judge has thrown case out stating that jbw are not liable the issuing authority is. This means that jbw can commit murder and it will still go down to the local authority ?

Never mind they'll soon be out of business having lost their contract with Westminster.

PS you need to appeal the courts decision which is perverse

I m doing the same on khn vs medway council and jbw enforcement limited. Hearing is dated 14th nov @ medway county court . This one is for a vehicle which was taken despite a n244 application being in force.

I need help quickly i have a bailiff who has an order for £1500-00 ish in councill tax and is trying to get walking proccession to my home and he has told me that if i dont let him in he said that he would get a warrant from the court to get into my house to seize goods to the value
