    Anyone help ?

Does anyone know where I stand if a CC was placed in dispute in April and LLoyds CC continued to charge late payment fees and interest and then withdrew over £250 from another account to cover the overdue payments (in their view).

They then provide me with an illegible application form (dodgy agreement) with amendments to dates etc - their signature being dated a year later. They changed my date as well and some of the terms are missing i.e. credit limit.

However, they are claiming because I have drawn down and made regular payments the account cannot be in dispute.

I'm a little confused to say the least !!!
