    Hi there sometime ago i started a claim against GMAC, over £25,000 mortgage it was around the time that all the posts were on CAG saying no more claims possible against mortgage companies.

    I have no missed payments fee's.

    Could someone bring me up to date with what exactly is claimable from them. Or if you have a readily available list it would be appreciated.

    Need to add, im having much trouble using the site, it either freezes or like this post i get internet not found page after I click post, yet when i select back here it is saved and posted.???.

    Clean PC regular if i showed you my hi jack this its minut up to other PC's and lappy has very basic use mostly word doc's.

    dont think i have much left after ERC, but there is a letter before LBA stating £115.00, Redemption Adminfor charges, and £2524.18 ERC
    £40 Sundry Debit ( This is deed locating and passing)
