  • Direct Dialogue/sterling Insurance

I have just had a call from a company called Direct Dialogue on behalf of Sterling Insurance. Under the data protection they were unable to speak to my hubby or even give me a telephone number to call them back. It appears that they are a call centre.

Having gone to Direct Dialogues web site this is the tesimonial from their client Sterling Insurance. I have never heard of them so really do not know why they are contacting me unless they are cold calling.

I did however note that they also work for GE Money.....

if anyone has heard of them or had any dealings please feel free to advise me.

    Sterling

"Our relationship with Direct Dialogue began within very short timescales. This tight deadline was met without compromise in all areas moving to an organised and well planned launch. Since then we have been delighted with Direct Dialogue’s proactive and tenacious approach to delivering strong and consistent sales performance coupled with excellent compliance results. As a result, we have continued to grow the volume of work we have placed with them."
