  • Penalty Charge Notice Time Doubt !

hi, my daughter was out with her friends & was issued a PCN which i replied by letter to & is pasted below with the details:

    The reply from Islington Council:

    http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...ld-boy/pt2.jpg

    http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...ld-boy/pt3.jpg

The reply letter totally ignores my request for proof that my daughter was late, request for copies of the CEO's notes that the clock on the parking meter matched the time on his ticketing machine & request of a written record that he synced his PDA with the atomic clock at the start of his shift.
They also say that my daughter was not present when he issued the ticket but she was on the phone to me at the time with the CEO still present.

Is there anything i can do to appeal against this PCN ?:flame:

Hmmmm pain in the bum this one.
What does the actual PCN look like.
Could you scan that up please.
If the wording is incorrect then you have a good case as it's unlawful.

        Thanks for that.
Well I'm sorry to say that complies, so unless the signs and lines are bad you don't have a chance.
From further research, it seems Islington are well known for issuing PCN's on the second the P&D ticket expires.

In all honesty I would pay it and chalk it up..
