No not really,l did write requesting charges refund and they graciously gave me about £6 refund!!
Do you think l should contact them. l do need to ring them about another account (l know its terrible) before that one ends up with bloody cohens too.

          Hi CB,
No it wasnt all the charges only part of, l shall get all the paper work out tomorrow and sit down and actually write this defence and say about the charges, well l'll knock that off of how much they say l owe. My head is a bit full today and l dont want to rush it, hopefully l can think a bit straighter tomorrow.
Do you find sometimes it gets on top of you?

lol, we're looking in a letter to court.
The defence above is what should be sent to point out Cohens failings, but being completely aware of the remaining level of charges is all good

              Hi Curlyben,

l have 2 claims from cohens, one l've just answered on line admitting to part of the claim but filed my defence for the other part. The thing is on this one time was running out so as it wasnt for very much money l just needed to get it done.( I was panicking)
Now this next one is for a bit more money, now do l admit to owing no money and do the defence as you've suggested above or do l admit to some of it less the charges as l've done in the previous one.
l really dont know what to do, l want to pay what l owe but if they wont win as they havent followed the proper procedure l may as well not admit to anything to teach them a lesson not just to drag people to court willy nilly.
              What do you think.
l am still working on the court letter, asthis'll be twice they've done this to me, well 3 times if youinclude my OH's one! That got struck out!!

                Admit nothing.
That's up to them to prove it.

as l say l have just admitted to part of the 1st one as l was panicing as time was running out, but this next one l shall admit nothing, and see what happens!!

either way you can always change you plea.
If Cohens would like to play by the rules then so will we.
                    As they don't, well.....
