    I did as I say try to get an answer on this and also failed . I dont think it is clear in the key facts section of the loans that the ERC would be repayable on possession and *y own lender would not even be drawn on an answer.What is there after the FOS?

        Wellf it *ay be worth looking at the KFI in the *ortgage offer then - to see if the circu*stances of the ERC were clear- after all you did not choose to sell
