Hi Everyone, l have'nt been on for a while!
This seems to be the norm for cohens, l've already had one struck out of theirs just waiting for no. 2!! ( with curlybens help, thanks CB!)
What l actually did though was write a quick letter to the court to put it in writing which is what they kindly did.
l bet now l've bragged they'll make an example of me and go all the way!!!

I haven't had a reply to my CCA request to Howard Cohen they are in breach now and not acknowledged anything. CL Finance have bought my loan debt from HSBC years ago when I defaulted back in 2006. Heard they pretty nasty. Do I just wait to hear from them?

Have you been making payments? Because if you defaulted in 2006, this would now be Statute Barred!

They are now in default of your CCA request. If you don't hear anything from anyone, you can just keep quiet and wait for someone to contact you, then inform them of you of the ongoing dispute due to non-compliance with your CCA request.
