              Re: mortgage vehicle

Here just getting back to this mortgage change over, they are horrid people.

I hope they warn people taking out loans with Lloyd's that from the take over, any loans taken from October will be connected to your debit for your mortgage and money can be used by the bank from either account
              And visa versa.

It states that prior to October they cant do this and you are protected unless your debits sate other wise in a clause.
I'm cross as that means Lloyd's threatening me of a debit with combined mortgage and loans when the mortgage was not in arrears may of been wrong. :-(

So Some of it is contradictory I'm sure. Any one else out there got one of these.

It states if you have money owing to you from a Lloyd's tbs product prior to Oct, you can not treat it as money allowed for a mortgage prior to Oct 1

It also states that the off setting can only be done on accounts prior to Oct if your terms of your account say this, how can you see your terms.

i have requested these 3 times from my bank and they tell me my terms and conditions agreement no longer exists as I joined so long ago, any one know how this can be checked to your specific account.

              thanks
