  • Ccs Enforcement Are Late

    ccs enforcement services are approx 3 months overdue in filing their accounts with companies house. Does this mean that they are in trouble ?

        Management buy-out led by David Harvey, Mike Brooks and Rob Stevens of CCS Enforcement Services Ltd, Thornton Heath, Surrey, England, a debt enforcement company and its associated company CCS Investigation Services Ltd, from Commercial Collection Services Ltd, Thornton Heath, Surrey, England, the debt enforcement group. Terms not disclosed. Equity funding for the deal was provided by Barclays Ventures, with bank debt from HSBC, completing a funding package in excess of GB£10m. The companies were acquired from former shareholders and company founders Alan Longhurst, Stephen Durrant and Mike Aynsley.

          Ccs enforcement services are now rundle and co/ birchalls bailiffs.
          If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october.             having dealt with Rundles twice, they send bailiffs, that do not have certificates, also have write twice to rundles head office asking for a list of charges, twice they have failed to supply within the 14 days.
            they have come around after paying off the outstanding council tax, stating, i owed them their charges, I have informed them they failed to supply the price list within the 14 days, in line with statute law, and both times the charges have been droped

              The parent company of rundells/birchalls is also the parent company of ccs enforcement services limited.
