  • HP car 50% rule

    Hi
I need some assistance ref the 50% rule on terminating my HP contract. Is it right that the 50% rule applies to the 50% term eligibility to hand it back, or is it solely 50% of the financial payments?? I’m confused. Please help.

    HP car 50% rule

Hi - I need some assistance. I am receiving mixed advice pertaining to the 50% hand back rule for my HP car. I need to clarify if the 50% hand back rule applies to 50% of the payment borrowed, or does it mean I can hand it back after 50% of the HP term duration. Or does it apply to both?
    please help!

50% of the amount - it should say on your agreement as per http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...l=1#post773097
