    Hi
My wife has recently been finished from work due to I'll health and applied for Employment Support Allowance (ESA). This has now been stopped after an assessment for work examination and a mandatory review were unsuccessful.
She is now awaiting an ESA tribunal. My question is, does she need legal representation at the tribunal and has anyone experience of them?
    Thank you

Just tell them and describe as if it is your wife's worst day, we can all have some good day's it doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to be financially helped when you need it in life... Best of luck ...
