  • Deed of Assignment case law info

    Hi all, went to court in 2014 and the the DJ agreed with me regarding
    A copy of the relevant and lawful Terms and Conditions; A true and certified copy (NOT photocopy) of the Deed of Assignment (NOT Notice of Assignment); A true and certified copy (NOT photocopy) of the Original Credit Agreement;
    however are not so friendly DCA have ignored this, and went back last week, I asked the DJ can I ask for the DoA, the DJ said No.... I don't think so... unless you can come back and tell me different, so my question is, Is there any case law... can anyone advise me on how to reword what we ask for with court references... It got cancelled last week because they never served me with the paperwork before the case.....Thanks in advance..
