  • Help! Parking Fine Claim!

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this as I am new here.

I have been receiving letters from "bw legal" about a parking fine. From what I read online it was advised to ignore all the letters until they stopped. Now I have received a "Letter of Claim" from them threatening to take me to court over the issue. Can some shed some light on what I should do and if it's legitimate. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's legitimate alright. That comes form following old advice to ignore. Has not been ignore since 2012

Do not identify the driver. Write back to BWL denying liability for the debt and request the paperwork that show that the debt exists, such as a parking charge Notice or a Notice to keeper in order to clarify matters so that a meaningful decision can be made.

What do I say exactly, really not good with the wordings of these things and I'm pretty clueless. Could you point me in the right direction with a pre-made template of some sort.

      Thanks
