  • Halifax Bank Charges - Can I reclaim!?

I had a current account for 7 years which I closed last year with the Halifax.

In that 7 years, I did incurr some bank charges, can't remember how many though.

At the time the charges were applied, I believe this was unfair as I was on the old Incapacity Benefit at the time.

So there under the Social Security Administration Act 1992 Section 187 can I put in form a claim!?

Sorry to to hi-jack but it's along the same lines, I had a Nat West account from 1984 until 2015 in that time they charged me £'s easily into 4 figures but I suspect nothing other than account monthly charges for the last 5 years, as eventually got my life together.
Sorry i'm just thinking out loud, it might be irrelevant, I am not employed in anyway in the legal profession, please ensure you research any advice I give before using it I have been known to be wrong on multiple occasions.
