  • False accusations

Ive been suspended due to an allegation of gross misconduct this is a false accusation which I believe was made due to me being pushed forward and supported by my team well most of the for promotion.
I've been to meeting where I was told the allegation i denied it as it didn't happen. Then I was informed that my mood is always bad. It's not I don't smile much but I am never angry, there atr workers I don't shifts with that makes the job harder ànd times dangerous so I am not overly keen to work with them but i am not horrible or mean to them in any way. I was prohibited from contacting any staff. But I was informed the only pulled in five people out of twenty I work with for statements as far as I can tell not one accused me of what they accused me off, but one worker has never worked with me, one of reported for abuse one is unable to do our job so makes a shift hard. It's been almost three weeks now and no will contact me I've contacted manager twice and have been ignored. I want to go back to work but I have interviews lined up because the fear of not feeding my children is. Very real. What are my options can i get another job on suspension ? I have no contracted hours with my current employer but have done 48 hours a week for two years.

    Re: False accusations

Are you being paid while on suspension are are they not paying you reliant on your zero hours contract ?
