      Re: Won Esa tribunal appeal

Thank you.. it was certainly a challenge but worth all the phone calls and I’d encourage other people to fight and not give up.. To be honest I didn’t think the outcome would be great.. it’s disgraceful to leave genuine people who need help with a fight on their hands .
my next battle is getting my arrears backdated ( 13 months worth)..
      Onwards and upwards

Congratulations, one of my sons is in this situation, evey answer he gave has been altered, he has got 0 points, its unbelievable, he has been taken off it, even though he has problems walking ,he has osteoarthritis, and Haemachromatosis, which causes a lot of other health problems
It has taken months of getting any other benefits at all, he has just £40 to live on a week, tax credits. he has also appealed but refused again
So it is worth carrying on trying to get it back,
Could you tell me how you went about it
Have to post in another area now, about another son, re, overpayment of tax credits, from 7 years ago
