      YOu would be able to try negotiate a settlement at any point. If you did you would want to get a Consent order agreed so that your agreement is binding.


      What paperwork have the claimants actually sent you to date ? ( and what have you asked them for / used in your defence )

        Hi amethyst
        I've been sent copy statements , a letter allegedly from nationwide saying they had legally assigned to mkdp. Then another saying mkdp had assigned to hoist and finally another from Robinson way saying they are now handling it.
        And a copy of claim form obviously
