Hi just to update this thread. The POPLA appeal is still pending - waiting for the MET to send their evidence, it has been a while now. Anyone know how long this generally takes?

It depends on their workload at any one time.
I have seen some appeals dealt with within 2 weeks, others 6 weeks.
You can track your appeal on the POPLA website.

Also, keep an eye on your email 'spam' folder just in case.

          Hi,

I received a parking charge by MET from the same car park, their pictures prove I entered the car park and drived out, also I went to buy a dessert in Starbucks, and later joined my friends in MC Donalds. Is this fare to charge me for? Should I appeal? What to do please help.

          Regards,
          Kago

Delete that post so that the identity of who was driving cannot be inferred then start another thread so the two threads don't get mixed up and this time use "the driver......." etc so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Post up a suitably redacted copy of the PCN received, leaving the dates, but remove identifying detail.
