    Hi,

I entered into car finance in 2010 and due a change in circumstances, I defaulted. In 2012 due to a large amount of debt, I entered into a IVA which included the car finance (CCJ) however I defaulted on this as well. While in the IVA the car finance/CCJ was passed to another DCA, now they after the outstanding debt. What I want to know is can the new DCA enforce the CCJ? Can they go back to court as the CCJ is outstanding? I just want to know where I stand in regards to what the DCA can do about this debt.

Is it just a debt collection agency acting for another firm, or is it a firm who has actually bought the alleged debt?
