    Could you post up the particulars of claim?
    Have you acknowledged it? (You have 19 days from the claim issue date but imho there's no advantage in delaying).

      I did type all the particulars in the fields but they seem to have gone blank !

        I received this letter today, despite contacting Lowells about the matter in November last year and agreed a partial settlement of my debt with them of £331 they offered a partial payment and said my account would be marked as settled and my credit file would be updated , however around June I received a letter from Lowells solicitors claiming I still owed the £331 , I did intend to write to them about the matter but never got round to it , I also received a call from them whilst I was at work but unfortunately lost reception before I could sort the matter out
