  • Scope of a SAR

I have had several interviews for different branch especially of the same large chain of builders merchants. I got rejected for the same job four times at different branch especially I have applied again since. Would I be able to see the interviewers notes?

Yes you can ask to see them. Firms may only keep a brief summary, they don't have to retain every handwritten notes. And they aren't supposed to keep them for more than 3 months, as any ET claim would have to be made within this time.

I will make the obvious point that asking for these details may not enhance the chance of any future application being successful.
