  • ROW dispute, wording of particulars of claim

Hi, I have right of way dispute with neighbour from hell. I drafting a Particulars of Claim. I have the format of the header from justice web site and other details. Do I double space the lines?

Each bit I say what the defendant has done wrong, i.e. let bushes grow out 0.5m and not let claimant trim them. Do I then say "The claimant claims that these are a substantial and unreasonable interference with the claimant’s use of his land." or is this not the right wording?

At the end do I say "The defendants have prevent the claimant from abating these nuisances with threats, verbal and in writing, and inciting others to physically prevent the claimant carrying out the work AND the claimant seeks a) Judgement on ....... b) Judgement on ....... c) An injunction to enforce the court's decisions and stop the defendants’ continuing harassment of the claimant and his family, and their incitement of others to harass the claimant and his family d) costs.

    Or something complete different.

The "Judgement" is because there are a few issues that need to be decided. I could also claim for some damages, their wall is falling over and it's attached to our wall and pulling it over too (both dry stone walls).
