So I tidied up the defence and we put a witness statement together focusing on faulty machine and absence of contractual sign at entrance and by the pay & display machine.
Case was yesterday and we won! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaa
I will post more details over the weekend when I get a chance.

In the meantime is there a way to claim back travel expenses and loss of earnings etc to attend court? I was sure I read this somewhere but I can’t find it now.

Thanks again for all your help, especially to CHARITYNJW

Aghhh.... Unfortunately you should have brought this up in court after the judgement was made and the judge would have made the order. But then you weren't to know that. Others may know if you can do it now.

But well done for the win
